Our private, self-contained function room on the first floor with breath taking views out across the Lady Bee Marina and fascinating working harbour at Shoreham also benefits from a direct-access balcony, exclusive bar and washroom facilities, and a raised stage area - perfect for entertainment. There is separate access from the balcony stairwell will ensure your guests can arrive via a dedicated entrance. 

The room can accommodate up to 50 people with private use of the balcony area included. 

We have a variety of buffet options available from hot buffets to themed menus.
