Our private, self-contained function room on the first floor with breathtaking views out across the Lady Bee Marina and fascinating working harbour at Shoreham also benefits from a direct-access balcony, exclusive bar and washroom facilities, and a raised stage area - perfect for entertainment or a top table. Separate access from the balcony stairwell will ensure your guests can arrive via a dedicated entrance which can also be decorated.
Perhaps the jewel in the New Port Arms crown is our large, waterside terrace which is also suitable for marquees to extend the undercover space available when the weather might look a little less dependable and marquee heating can be used when the season turns a little chilly.
We can host events for up to 100 people (based on hire of the entire venue).
Upon booking, you will also benefit from the knowledge, inspiration and creativity of your own personal events planner who will take you through the process of organising the event and can source and arrange everything you may need - be it floral arrangements and decoration, marquee and equipment hire to entertainment, photographers and the all-important show-stopper wedding cake.

We have been working very hard behind the scenes to design catering options that we believe will be suitable when we are permitted to hold functions under anticipated guidelines and you’ll find a sample menu for our build-your-own buffet below which will provide your guests, including vegetarians and vegans, with a superb range of dishes to delight during your wedding celebrations.
You may have your own ideas for catering and our event planner will be delighted to talk these through with you and liaise with our chef as to what options are possible during the early planning stages.
Our own designer is also available to work with you on personalised stationery, invitations, gifts and wedding favours, table plans, signage, personalised decor, and place settings should you wish.
You might also consider a special website for your event. This is a lovely way to provide your guests with information beforehand, such as directions, local accommodation, wedding list details, RSVPs etc.
Post event, you can use this to share photo and video memories. All in an easily accessible but secure way.
